  • I'm having trouble uploading my passport image, what should I do ?

    If you're having trouble uploading images, 

    1. Try uploading the original photo instead of an edited version
    2. Check the photo format. Upload only GIF. JPG. PNG. JPEG. WEBP. files
    3. Check the size of the photo. We recommend uploading photos under 4 MB.
  • How do I know whether my reservation has been canceled or not?

    After you process the cancellation, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. Please check your email inbox and spam inbox.

    You can also review your booking details and status online by signing and selecting "My bookings" section from your membership homepage. If you have not received your cancellation after 24 hours, please feel free to Contact Us.
  • Where can I find the cancellation policy?

    Please refer to your confirmation email or the relevant booking page, under the "Booking Policies" section.
  • Where can I find my Booking Confirmation Number?

    A booking confirmation number can be found on your confirmation email or by going to "My Booking" section on the homepage.

    The Confirmation number is located under the Booking Status of your confirmation letter, typically 16 numbers. For example: 20220622-01379785, 20220811-01345879.
  • Where can I check my past/upcoming booking details and status?

    By going to "My Booking" section after login, you can always view your past/upcoming bookings.
  • Are all Meals Included during the trip?

    Your confirmation email will list any meals that are included. 

    Most of Polytrips often include at least a few meals, We would like to give you the flexibility to experience more local cuisine and choose where you would like to eat and with whom. Our Host & Guide will always be on hand to give you recommendations of reputable places to eat for any meals not included.

    In order to see how many meals are included in your trip, please check the ‘What’s Included" tab on the trip page.
  • Are Flights Included in the trip Price?

    No, the airfare isn’t included in the trip price.
    You will be responsible for booking your flights to meet with the group at the starting city
  • How can I know what's Included in the Price?

    Each product page has a detailed "What's Included" section where you can see exactly what you're getting for the advertised price.
  • What is the difference between each type of membership?

    BASIC Membership : FREE to join 
    VIP Membership : US$ 49.99/year

  • Should I purchase Travel Insurance?

    We strongly recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected expenses due to trip cancellation and interruption protection, emergency medical benefits, lost or damaged baggage protection, 24-hour live assistance, and more.
  • Where can I know the latest travel advisories and other news about the destination ?

    Occasionally, your travel destination may be affected by an unexpected occurrence.
    In addition, you should familiarize yourself with the country you are planning to visit, including customs, habits, and potential risks.
    For these reasons, we recommend its customers to monitor the news and consult with their respective embassies, ministry of foreign affairs, or other government sources for official country travel advisories.
  • Do you provide visa application services?

    Requirements for travel visas vary widely depending on your nationality and your destination.
    You need to prepare for your travel documents. Most countries require tourists to present a valid passport and visa to enter the country. Please note that some airports may require you to show a transit visa.

    Most countries require you to hold a travel document valid for at least six months on your return trip.
    We recommend that you check with the local consulate of the destination country for visa or other travel documents before booking.
  • What documentation will I need to travel?

    – Your passport with at least 6 months validity from the return date.
    – Any necessary visas.
    – Your printed itinerary/ voucher/ticket confirmation.
  • If we have special dietary needs and requests, what should I do?

    All menus are fixed and cannot be changed. If you have any dietary restrictions, you can also make a note in "Special Request" at the time of booking. We will assist in making the request to the relevant parties, however, all requests are subject to availability, not guarantee.
  • Can pregnant women participate in the itinerary?

    For safety reasons, we do not recommend pregnant who are 28 weeks or more pregnant to participate in the itinerary.
    Pregnant women who under 28 weeks must present a valid doctor's certificate in order to join the tour.
  • Can I book a tour for a friend or family member if I'm not going to be with them?

    In many cases, no!
    You can book for your friends or family members, but please ensure you will be travling with them.
  • If I want to check out / leave the tour early, Can I get a refund?

    To qualify for the special rate offered you must stay the entire number of reserved days. No refunds will be provided for unused hotel nights / itinerary.
  • I need to use a wheelchair during the trip. Do I need to notify in advance?

    If you are going to use a wheelchair during the trip, please indicate in the "Special Requests" when booking, and we will try our best to meet your needs.

    **Before you process the booking, please check with us whether the special arrangements can be arranged for disabled traveler.
    Kindly remind that we do not provide wheelchair rental service.

  • My flight is delayed. Can I change the scheduled pick-up time?

    Don't worry, our airport representative will regularly check your flight status.
    As long as the flight number you provide remains the same, our staff will wait for you at the designated point.
  • Where can I meet the driver?

    The airport pick-up locations are different in each destination. No worry, there will be detailed information in the travel note which you will be received 14 days prior trip starts.
